By booking with hear. you acknowledge that audiological procedures including hearing instrument programming, wax removal, Lyric insertion and removal, and ear impression taking carry inherent risks.

All procedures are performed by a qualified audiologist holding full membership with the New Zealand Audiological Society (MNZAS) and carried out in accordance with NZAS best practice guidelines.

Payment is due on the day of your appointment. Where applicable, hear. will invoice recognised third-party payers including Southern Cross Health Insurance, ACC, and Veterans’ Affairs New Zealand on your behalf.

hear. collects only the clinical information necessary to provide audiological care. Your information is never shared with any third party without your written consent.

hear. does not engage in website visitor tracking or behavioural analytics.

To complete your booking we require your full name, street address, phone number, and email address. Your email address is used solely for appointment reminders and to respond to your queries. You will not receive unsolicited marketing communications from hear.
